NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-002409-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR SASCO 2007-MLN1 TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and MICHELLE R. GARDNER; DAVID L. SALYER; AND TENANT., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, UNIT 2 OF PALM TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
