YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, herein in the following described property:
Unit Number 301, THE POINTE, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4921, Pages 683 through 751, as amended in O.R. Book 4967, Pages 1689 through 1693 and the Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 25, 26 and 27, all inclusive, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 19236 Gulf Boulevard, #301, Indian Shores, Florida, 33785.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before Dec. 14, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
