NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2015, and entered in 15-001755-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and CORRADO DI MARTINO; BETH DI MARTINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CORRADO DI MARTINO; HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 196 OF HARBOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14368 AT PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION
