NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JOAN FARRELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN FARRELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PINEHURST VILLAGE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT A, BUILDING NO. 34, OF UNIT III, PINEHURST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 29-32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4040, PAGE 733, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
