NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2015, and entered in 13-008967-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-16AX, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-16AX is the Plaintiff and TORRANCE WALKER;MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, WHITE'S BLOCK 19 REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
