NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-002357-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, Or Against, Flossie Hall Laster, Deceased, City Of Tarpon Springs, Alva John Hall Also Known As Alva J. Hall, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Flossie Hall Laster, Deceased, Patsy Lou Hall Also Known As Patsy L. Hall Aka Patsy Hall, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Flossie Hall Laster, Deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, Tenant # 1 And Tenant # 2,are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 6, Disston and Keeney's Subdivision, Section 13, Township 27 South, Range 15 East, also described as Lot 6, Block 6, Disston & Keeney's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
