To Defendants ZLATKO HUSKIC, FERIDA HUSKIC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., COVE CAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., CITIBANK, N.A., and AL LEACH PAINTING & RESTORATION, INC., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 3, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2015-CA-000820 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and ZLATKO HUSKIC, et al. are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Unit No. 1-B, Building No. 3 of COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4993, Page 1579, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Page 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on March 7, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
