NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - October 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006785-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1, is Plaintiff and SUSAN M. MICKOL, et. al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK A OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE (S) 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2975 15TH Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
