Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 23, 2015 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2 OF BAY POINT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE OF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, AT PAGES 8 AND 9, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLOIRDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on December 7, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
