TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the 2016 Legislature for passage of an act relating to the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, amending Chapter 11050, Laws of Florida (1925), relating to the use and development of specified city-owned lands; removing certain restrictions on use of the lands imposed by Chapter 11050; specifying that the act does not modify or supersede the city's charter relating to waterfront property owned by the city, providing an effective date.
