NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-001819-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 , Plaintiff, and, CAPOTE, LUCY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of December, 2015, the following described property:
