NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 803, SHIPWATCH ONE, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5764, Page 626, et seq. and as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 76, Page 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 11730 Shipwatch Drive, #803, Largo, Florida, 33774.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
