YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that SUNTRUST BANK, as guardian of the property of MARTIN MINH BUI, the Ward, has filed a Final Report and Accounting and a Petition for Discharge in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The name and address of the Florida guardian and the Florida guardian's attorney are set forth below. The name and address of the foreign guardian (conservator) is Frumeh Labow, 10780 Santa Monica Boulevard, #345, Los Angeles, California 90025, and the name and address of the foreign guardian's attorney is Jonathan L. Rosenbloom, 1925 Century Park East #2000, Los Angeles, California 90067.
The Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward. The Guardian will apply for discharge on December 15, 2015. The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the foreign jurisdiction, which is the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles.
Any objection to the Final Report and Accounting or the Petition for Discharge shall be filed with the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, WITHIN THE LATER OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE UPON YOU OR THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, and a copy thereof shall be served by the objector on the Florida guardian and the foreign guardian. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a notice of hearing is served on the Florida guardian, the foreign guardian, and any other interested persons within 90 days after the objection is filed.
