NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-006180-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and HELEN PENNETTA, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN PENNETTA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 30, of Serene Hills, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 35, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
