NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-002914, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3 ASSET BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff, and NATALIE BEATON AKA NATALIE M. BEATON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATALIE BEATON AKA NATALIE M. BEATON; STACEY BEATON AKA STACY B BEATON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNKNOWN TENANT 3; UNKNOWN TENANT 4; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, LESS THE WEST 2.17 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 6, FORTUNA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
