NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-000791-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-80CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-80CB is the Plaintiff, and BRADLEY M. NAGEL; CHRISTOPHER J. STONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRADLEY M. NAGEL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DENISE STONE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 54, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, TOGETHER WITH THE VACATED PORTION OF BUCKINGHAM AVE. CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 9, AS VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 81-11 FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5241, PAGE 1643, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
