NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2015, and entered in 14-006261-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND DONALD WILLIAMS A/K/A RAYMOND D WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND DONALD WILLIAMS A/K/A RAYMOND D WILLIAMS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, MIDWAY ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
