NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 31, 2015 entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000783-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP is the Plaintiff and Marcial Rosario; Nancy Ortiz-Rosario; Moss Park Landings Homeowners Association, Inc.; Moss Park Master Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, MOSS PARK LANDINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 98 AND 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
