NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-039099 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD J ADAMS A/K/A RICHARD L LIVERNOISE; CLERK OF COURT ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CHRISTI P ADAMS; DARREN C SUMNER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of December, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
