NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 48-2013-CA-012760-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JACQUELINE CAMILLE PARKS LONG, JAMES CHRISTOPHER PARKS LONG, JOSEPH RAMON OMARI LONG, LAREECE E. LONG, PRINCESSA JEANETTE LONG-GAHL, JAMES H LONG, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , COVINGTON CHASE OF WINTER GARDEN HOA, INC., COVINGTON PARK OF WINTER GARDEN OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., CONDOR CAPITAL CORP, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST JAMES HARRY LONG AKA JAMES H. LONG, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE CAMILLE PARKS LONG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES CHRISTOPHER PARKS LONG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH RAMON OMARI LONG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAREECE E. LONG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PRINCESSA JEANETTE LONG-GAHL, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against James Harry Long aka James H. Long, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of December, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 314, COVINGTON PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 112, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
