Condominium Unit No. 204-W, Promenade, Phase 2, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7973, Page 4520, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Promenade, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 8363, Page 1986, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said declaration.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
