MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. WILLIAMS; LA COSTA BRAVA LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/8/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
