JENSEN A/K/A DIANA LARSEN JENSEN A/K/A DIANA COBB; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST IVAR E. JENSEN A/K/A IVAR EDGAR JENSEN, DECEASED; DIANA L. JENSEN A/K/A DIANA LARSEN JENSEN A/K/A DIANA COBB, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF IVAR E. JENSEN A/K/A IVAR EDGAR JENSEN, DECEASED; COLE BARRETT JENSEN, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF IVAR E. JENSEN A/K/A IVAR EDGAR JENSEN, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
