NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004450-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-12, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A KENNEDY A/K/A KATHLEEN KENNEDY; BRIAN E KENNEDY A/K/A BRIAN KENNEDY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MILLENNIUM BANK, N.A.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CONWAY GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/9/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
