NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - SPECIAL EXCEPTION
SPX 15-02: 421 E. Oakland Avenue
The Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Oakland will hear a request for a proposed special exception for allowed property uses in the gateway Corridor Overlay district pursuant to the Town Zoning Code Article XVI, Section 16.5.
The request will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Oakland at the following time and place:

WHEN: 6:30 P.M.
A copy of the proposed Special Exception may be inspected at the Town of Oakland Town Hall during regular business hours at 220 N. Tubb Street, Oakland, Florida. All hearings are open to the public. Any interested party is invited to offer comments about this request at the public hearing or in writing to the Town of Oakland, c/o Planning Department, PO Box 98, Oakland FL 34760, or by e-mail to [email protected]. Any party appealing a land use decision made at a public hearing must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the evidence and testimony that is the basis of the appeal.
The time and/or location of public hearings are subject to change. Changes are announced at the initial scheduled hearing. Notice of any changes will not be published or mailed.
