Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 07, 2015, and the Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on September 08, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9 AND 10, BOTH TOGETHER AND A 1/30TH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN TRACT A, OF LAKE HUNTER VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 07, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM.
