NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 17 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-000481 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For CSMC Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Branch Banking and Trust Company as successor in interest to Citrus and Chemical Bank, Broward County, Broward County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Henry Bryan Williams, State of Florida, Sugartree Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 nka Kelli Cusic, Unknown Party #2 nka William Cusic, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 15th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
