NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-003324 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Merrill K. Gonzalez, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Zona Long Bail Bonds Inc., State of Florida Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 7th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, SANDPIPER WOODS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
