FERRER A/K/A CINDIE FERRER; JOEL PEREZ; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CRYSTAL ASHLEY MEJIA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M.
