DEAN A/K/A BOBBIE SMITH DEAN F/K/A BOBBIE SMITH, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; SPANISH HAVEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M.
