NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001593 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-8, Plaintiff and KAREN M. STABILE, et al. are defendant(s), I, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on December 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 70, MILANO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
