NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-002407-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of December, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 14, Township 49 South, Range 27 East, lying and being in Collier County, Florida, less the West 35 feet thereof, which is hereby dedicated for highway purposes
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
