NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15 01036 CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE TRUST MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-A1 is Plaintiff and PEARL BALTES; LAWRENCE BALTES A/K/A LAWRENCE S. BALTES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COMERICA BANK; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 124, MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 32-37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
