NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-00751-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-7 HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is Plaintiff and CECELIA VEGA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR COLLIER COUNTY; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 39.19 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, BEING THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 32 WITH THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-850, THENCE SOUTH 860.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE RUN EAST 135 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF A DEDICATED ROAD; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID DEDICATED ROAD A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 135 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 32; THENCE RUN NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
