NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 6, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-051844 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, at 9:00 AM on 7 day of January, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 11-101, MERANO AT THE COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3386, PAGE 3649, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
