TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and across the Southerly 20 feet of the North 200 feet of the West 200 feet of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 47 South, Range 25 East.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on February 8, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
