Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 9 day of November, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CA-1185 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO ANTONIO LESTER, CAMILLE G. LESTER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, N/K/A AMARI LESTER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, as Nominee for AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of December, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
