NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050534 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS D. HEATER A/K/A DOUGLAS DEVLIN HEATER; EDITH HEATER A/K/A EDITH DARLENE HEATER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A WILLIAM FOX;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 7 day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 36, OF LEHIGH ACRES UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 26, AT PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 1009 CHAPEL AVENUE, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33971.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
