NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051507, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and THOMAS R. EVANS; ANGELA M. EVANS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KENNETH R. EVANS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 22, LEHIGH ACRES UNIT 6, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 40, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
