Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, a foreign banking corporation, Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH RUFUS JONES A/K/A RUFUS JAMES JONES, DECEASED; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants, Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of December , 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1 and the East 20 feet of Lot 2, Block C, Aqua Shores, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 61, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
