NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 6, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-056081 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 6 day of January, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE EAST 25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 52' 13” EAST 320.05 FEET; THENCE EAST 255 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 275 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 130 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 80 FEET; THENCE WEST 130 FEET; THENCE NORTH 80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (KNOWN AS LOT 32, SAMANN, SUBDIVISION NO. 2). SUBJECT TO A 30 FOOT EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES ON THE WEST BOUNDARY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
