The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 1602, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 30 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
