NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051505 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-2, is the Plaintiff and KAWANDIS MOSS; TERESSA MOSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAWANDIS MOSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESA MOSS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2, , are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of MARCH, 2016 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 25, LINCOLN PARK PLAT, BLOCK A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
