NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2015, in Case No. 13-CA-051616, Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, as successor-in-interest to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee for BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES, BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM D. TURNER III A/K/A WILLIAM TURNER III, SUZANNE R. TURNER A/K/A SUZANNE TURNER, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 NOW KNOWN AS LORI TURNER, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 NOW KNOWN AS WILLIAM D. TURNER IV, are the Defendants, I, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m. on December 9, 2015, the following described Real Property as set forth in the Amended Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 10 and 11, and that part of Lot 12 lying Northeasterly of a line 16.66 feet as measured on a perpendicular, Southwesterly from and parallel with the line dividing said Lots 11 and 12, in that certain subdivision known as BAYSHORE PARK, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 40, Public Records of Lee County, Florida,

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Amended Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN JNTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
