NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-052084 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Abbie Lynn Tate and Clipper Bay Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 6 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 101, OF CLIPPER BAY, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1543 PAGE 2188, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
