NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-050286 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ulanda Reyes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 15, UNIT 2, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
