DAVIS A/K/A ROBERTA BROWN; LEE COUNTY; SURGICAL SPECIALISTS; STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF JAMES VALENTINO; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A STEVEN L. WILLIAMSON; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A SHAWN M. WILLIAMSON; KENETH KNACK; JAMIE KNACK are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, SECTION 4, UNIT 1, TROPICAL ISLES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
