NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-050900 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff and STEVE BLANCHER; MARY B. JACOBS-BLANCHER are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 4, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 67, UNIT 5, PART 3, FORT MYERS VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 130 AND 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
