NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 004763 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for the Holders of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-A, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Billie S. Hayes a/k/a Billie Hayes, Deceased; Karen Hampton; Kim DeMello; James Hayes; Wedgewood Commons Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-4, WEDGEWOOD COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1844, PAGE 489 THROUGH 537, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGES 33, 33A THROUGH 33E, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
