NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 000817 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ROBERT ELLIOTT, as Guardian of SONYA M. HAWLEY and HELEN BABB are the Plaintiffs and JASON CURCHY, LYLE NICHOLAS LOVE, CAMRON LOVE, ARIKE LOVE TIMMINS, UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS E. HAWLEY, Deceased and THE ARBORS MOBILE HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIAITON, INC. are the Defendants. Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 15th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 75, THE ARBORS, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the master form proprietary lease recorded iri Official Records Book 1897, Page 1732, Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located herein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's Mortgage.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
